4K Tees operates exclusively as an online entity.

  • Jurisdiction: The Service is strictly limited to customers residing within the United States of America and Canada. Orders placed from outside these jurisdictions will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

  • Currency: All transactions, catalogue listings, and refunds are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Retail Footprint: 4K Tees maintains no physical retail locations. All operations are strictly digital.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks, managed entirely by Shopify Payments.

4. Products, Services, and Fulfilment

Certain products or services are available exclusively online through the website.

  • Manufacturing and Dispatch: All merchandise is manufactured and dispatched directly from our facility in China.

  • Processing Timelines: Customers acknowledge and accept that orders require a 7 to 14 business day processing and quality control period prior to dispatch.

  • Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
